The LNT model is definitely dead wrong. We know this without any doubt. The 4000-8000 leukemia and lymphoma cases predicted for Chernobyl simply did not happen. We know far too much now about radiation to continue using the LNT model. With that taken into account, the conclusion is no evacuations were necessary.

Also - Write an abstract that summarizes findings at the top. For the vast majority of people, this is a TLDR. And if they don't read it, they can pretend it doesn't exist.
